No return of goods is accepted without our prior agreement. In addition, no payment deduction should be made before the corresponding credit note is issued.
A discount may be applied if the items are not returned in their original packaging (packaging and overpacking).

The delivery times provided for when placing orders are only given as an indication and any delays do not give the buyer the right to cancel the sale, refuse the goods or claim damages, whatever the method of shipment selected (free or postage due).
