Terms & conditions

Our sales are subject to these general conditions of sale which prevail over all general conditions of purchase, except formal derogation on our part.
By placing his order, the buyer accepts the general conditions of sale below.

Our prices are established on the basis of the VAT rates in force at the date of submission of the offer.
Any subsequent variation in these rates, imposed by law, will be passed on to the client.
Quotation valid for one month from the date of issue.
The term of payment is net 30 days.
A discount of 1.5% of the amount including tax is granted for cash payment, within 8 days (date of invoice), excluding estimate.
Failure to pay an invoice gives us the option to demand cash payment before shipment of any new goods, including payments expected at a later date.
In addition, the buyer will be automatically liable for a penalty for late payment calculated on all of the sums remaining due by applying an interest rate equal to 1.5 times the legal interest rate.
The amount of the lump sum compensation for recovery costs provided for in the 12th paragraph of Article L.441-6 is set at €40.
For uninsurable customers as well as for customers for whom a collection procedure was necessary, a payment before shipment will be requested.

Free shipping is granted for all orders of an amount greater than or equal to €150 excl. tax in Metropolitan France.
For any order of an amount less than 150€ excl. tax, two shipping methods are possible :

  • By carrier: 6€ excluding processing and shipping costs will be applied
  • By post: the cost of participation in processing and shipping costs will correspond to the current postal rate
No return of goods is accepted without our prior agreement. In addition, no payment deduction should be made before the corresponding credit note is issued.
A discount may be applied if the items are not returned in their original packaging (packaging and overpacking)
In addition, no complaint will be accepted beyond 2 days after receipt of the goods.
The delivery times provided for when placing orders are only given as an indication and any delays do not give the buyer the right to cancel the sale, refuse the goods or claim damages, whatever the method of shipment selected (free or postage due).

Our company will not be held responsible for any defect or delay in delivery that would be due to major force (fire, flood, transport or La Poste strikes, etc.).

Our company reserve ownership of the goods until full payment of our invoice (law n°80335 of May 12, 1980).

Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Châteauroux.
